Safelite was awesome to work with. The technician was at my house at the scheduled time. He called ahead to make sure I was ready for them. Prompt, courteous and efficient. Appreciated not having to go anywhere, they came to me. Windshield installed and calibrated in less than an hour.

I took my brand new 2026 Subaru in because of a chipped windshield. I originally wanted them to replace it while I was at work, but they said I needed to leave it with them in the shop so they could calibrate the car. I received a call just before I was going to pick it up and they said sorry we couldn’t calibrate it. You’ll have to sign a form that said you’re taking it without it being calibrated. I said I absolutely will not drive that car without the safety features. They told me there’s nothing they can do. He told me I can drive it without the safety features. I called my insurance agent, and when I got to Safelite, my insurance agent talked to the manager. Although the manager was nice, nothing was resolved. To make things worse when I went out to my vehicle, it was dirty footprints on the ceiling scratch on the door. I went back in and called the manager out for her to come and look at it. She said I’ll send somebody out to take care of this for you. When the guy came out and I showed him the scratch and the footprints all over. He said look lady this is a shop. This is what happens. One of the worst experiences I had replacing a damaged windshield. What was scheduled for 1 day turned into 3 days. Safelite wanted me to drive a car with safety features disconnected. Shop could not finish job, so had to take back to dealership to get safety features working. Cost me an additional 250 dollars. Safelite did not make any effort to help resolve issues they created. Safelite replace, safelite repair NOT! RUN FAR WAY FROM THIS SAFELITE!!!!!

Originally, my appointment was scheduled for May 2nd, but I was informed that the replacement glass arrived damaged and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. While inconvenient, I completely understood and accommodated the change. My appointment was then rescheduled for May 6th as a mobile service appointment. Prior to the appointment, I received a call asking if I could come into the Walden location instead of utilizing the mobile service I had originally scheduled. Although the purpose of booking mobile service was due to my schedule constraints, I still attempted to accommodate the request. Unfortunately, I had an emergency meeting arise at work. I work with children with disabilities, and my role requires me to respond to time-sensitive situations, so leaving work unexpectedly was not possible. Because of that, I reverted back to the originally scheduled mobile service. I had also checked the weather in advance, as I understand rain can impact windshield installations. The forecast showed no rain expected between 1 PM and 5 PM, which aligned with the scheduled service window of 1 PM to 6 PM. Fast service and friendly tech. My truck was in and out of their shop in 3 hrs and they gave me a tinited window too. My original was tinted and I wasn’t expecting them to give me a tinted one on install and I would have to pay for tint at a later date
